De-activate 2FA

If you have lost/changed your phone, you need to de-activate 2FA from your account and contact your system administrator for further instructions.

 

If the email you entered is matches an active account, then you will receive information on how to reset your password. If you do not receive an the email, please contact your administrator for support.

 

1. Activate 2FA

Please have your authenticator app open.

Once the Secret Key is generated the QR code is highlighted and ready to be used to activate your authenticator app. Scan the QR code with  your authenticator app to add SCIOERP to  your list in the app.

2. Verify the OTP

Generate the OTP in your authenticator app and enter the OTP here to verify it. Once verified you will need to login again.
